Dear Chef,
First of all, I want to thank you for being a part of the best year of my life. As I’ve mentioned in our Facebook Group, I pursued my passion to help others learn how to bake this year. It was a long-time dream waiting to be ticked off my bucket list. Finally, I can put a big check on it, and replace it with bigger dreams such as releasing one recipe e-book per month, opening an online coaching class, growing our online community to reach out to more new bakers, and more. This year is just the start. Thanks for making this journey much sweeter.
I constantly receive expressions of gratitude from the people who follow my blog and members of our Facebook Group. Every time I read those messages, my heart grows, and I bring back the honor to my Creator. He really is the one to look up to. If you’re one of those people who have sent me messages, please know that I deeply appreciate your thoughts. Such act keeps me going because of the affirmation that I am right where God wants me to be. You are a blessing to me.
I hope that my e-books would continue to help new bakers learn the craft of baking. Baking is a tough job. You must be smart to embrace the science behind it. You must be physically strong because baking means long hours of mixing and kneading and standing up. You must be emotionally composed because there are times when your cake doesn’t rise up as expected and you only have a few hours left before time of delivery. Thus, every baker is a strong person. You are a strong person. May love be your fuel in succeeding not just in baking, but also in life.
I believe in you.
May your dreams come true,
Tin
